Having developed an understanding of insurance as a licensed Property and Casualty Broker for a large brokerage and as an Excess and Surplus Lines Broker, Grant always found meaning in helping individuals and business in getting the correct coverage for their assets. Wanting more for himself and his family, Grant had already started the paper work to open up his own Brokerage, that was until he found The Greenspan Co./Adjusters International. It was and is the perfect fit. With his knowledge of insurance on the retail and wholesale sides, he can use these unique skills to help home and business owners recover after a catastrophic loss. He believes in a personable and consultative approach in a team setting, which in turn, maximizes claim settlements along with putting property and business owners minds at ease. When a catastrophic property loss occurs, and a friendship is formed by the end of the negotiation process, that always reminds Grant, that he made the right choice to work with an amazing team at The Greenspan Co./Adjusters International.
Personal Commitment
Grant believes that property owners and business owners deserve a solid team of insurance professionals in their corner when going up against a multi-billion dollar insurance company. From the very beginning, it is his job to thoroughly explain the claims process and deliver clear expectations to his clients, while strategizing a game plan that will allow the policyholder to be at the same playing level as the insurance carrier. An open, direct line of communication is essential for all of his clients, which helps lower the stress and anxiety that follows a devastating loss. This is why Grant has committed to each of his clients to be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. At the end of the day, results matter.
