Sheri G. Effres is a Professional Public Insurance Adjuster based in the Los Angeles office of The Greenspan Company/Adjusters International. She began her career in public adjusting as an inventory specialist and has since become a licensed public insurance adjuster handling residential and commercial losses.
Sheri has handled the personal property claims for over 100 clients who lost their homes in the Sayre wildfire of 2008 in Sylmar, California. She has also represented many clients whose homes were destroyed by the 2009 Santa Barbara and 2007 San Diego wildfires.
Sheri received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She furthered her education at California State University, Northridge, where she received her teaching credentials. She then pursued her interest in fashion design and earned an Associate of Arts in Fashion Design. Sheri has worked as an elementary school teacher, as a designer, and as a business owner prior to becoming involved in the public adjusting industry.
Sheri enjoys skiing, working out and traveling with her husband and children. She also loves to express her creative side through watercolor, collage, and assemblage.
