Ron assists with preparing the building estimate after significant property damage, specializing in large, complicated, and specialty building losses. Prior to joining our firm, Ron owned a wholesale kitchen and bathroom cabinet business, mainly focused on new construction housing. This experience is invaluable in his work today, using his knowledge of cabinetry and home construction to prepare detailed building estimates. Without being intimately involved in the industry, it is nearly impossible to correctly catalogue and price the materials and labor necessary to reconstruct a property following a disaster – especially following a wildfire or other major event that causes a shortage of labor or materials.
Ron puts this wealth of knowledge to work every day, cataloging and pricing everything from lumber to light fixtures. He works tirelessly to ensure our clients get everything they are truly owed under their insurance policy.
