...It was quite a shock to deal with the resulting complicated insurance issues such as co-insurance penalties, asbestos abatement, loss of rents, debris removal, and scope of damages. You worked directly with the insurer throughout the entire process, which allowed me time to focus on rebuilding our non-profit music organization. Representatives from your firm were always there to answer any and all questions regarding the property and the development of the claim. I told him that I was an attorney and I initially had the idea that I could just handle all of this by myself.
