I have been an active real estate developer, investor and property manager for twenty five years, but had never before utilized the services of an insurance adjuster. We wish we had met you at the inception of the loss. We face numerous challenges from the insurance company, its adjusters and consultants, as well as the lenders and various other entities involved. We did not know what was happening and we definitely did know what to do...Our case was not an easy one. We had a temporary location in the parking lot of our cleaners and were open to the public.
